Our client is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on system adoption. This role combines strong project management capabilities with a hands-on approach to driving culture and identifying impactful AI use cases.Our client is a well-established organization with a strong focus on innovation and are investing significantly in data and AI to improve business performance and end-to-end processes and system business units.- Ensure data integrity, risk management, and smooth transitions.- Plan and manage the rollout of tools and adoption and monitoring of newly deployed solutions.- Design and deliver training sessions for diverse audiences.- Develop and maintain clear technical and process documentation and align stakeholders across technical and business teams.- Build and animate a community across regions and functions.- Identify and structure AI use cases with tangible business value.- Translate AI trends into actionable and relevant opportunities.- Support continuous improvement of governance and processes.Profile- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT or digital projects.- Strong understanding of data ecosystems, architectures, and tools.- Experience with system environments.- Familiarity with governance, quality, and lifecycle management.- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or GenAI use cases (professional or personal).- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.- Experience in deploying and onboarding digital or software tools.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Comfortable delivering training sessions and workshops.- Highly structured, proactive, and autonomous approach.- Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.Job Offer- Opportunity to contribute to high-impact data and AI projects.- Dynamic working environment.- Flexible working model with partial remote work and multi-site exposure. jid741facaaen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
