Your mission: We are looking for a Customer Service Manager (f/m/x), %, Lausanne / hybrid. You play a central role and represent Sanitas on a daily basis when you are in contact with our clients. You can explain things simply that may seem complex. You support our insured clients in the customer portal or Sanitas apps and ensure they have a positive experience by responding to client requests regarding, among other things, their insurance coverage, premium invoice reimbursements, via phone, email, and insurance coverage, advising clients, preparing offers, and your sales objective. Process client inquiries and enter them into the system, confirming in writing the answers to questions from external sales partners and supporting them in preparing offers. Your profile: You have completed a commercial education or have experience in the insurance sector or in customer service. You place great importance on clients and service quality; you have a strong sense of customer service and enjoy advising and selling. You work precisely, efficiently, and reliably, have an analytical mindset, and possess excellent teamwork skills, feel comfortable with office tools, and are proficient in French with a minimum professional proficiency level (B2) in German and/or Italian and/or English, any other foreign language would be an advantage.
