Villars-Gryon-Diablerets SA is looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Manage the reception and customer support service, as well as the distribution of products across various sales channels. Organize and optimize customer request processing using the CRM tool for online sales and after-sales service. Respond to and handle customer conflicts (refunds, etc.) according to the policy defined by the company. Maintain and develop customer relationships through various channels (website, newsletters, push notifications, screens, and analysis of customer feedback). Profile Required Commercial employee or any other profession related to customer service (hospitality, after-sales service, travel agency services) with a focus on quality hospitality and customer experience. Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written (German is a plus). At least one year of experience in a similar field (junior profiles are welcome). Willingness to work weekends and during school holidays. Good knowledge and confirmed experience with CRM, ERP, E-commerce, or ticketing systems.
