The different game modes adapt to both the profiles and interests of the players and are designed to introduce twists throughout the experience. Located in Mont-sur-Lausanne, Rionzi neighborhood, the center operates with a small dynamic team mainly composed of part-time students. We are looking for a manager responsible for both customer reception and care as well as the everyday management of the center. He/she will represent the center to clients and partners and will be tasked with overseeing the existing team. The position thus combines a Quiz Master function—welcoming and assisting clients—with responsibilities related to the management of the center.Customer Welcome and Experience Manager (M/F)Your profileYou are an approachable, smiling, and dynamic person with excellent ease of communication. You are comfortable expressing yourself in front of groups and know how to convey your enthusiasm. You have a strong sense of customer service and enjoy building connections with others. You demonstrate leadership and kindness, and enjoy sharing, supervising, and motivating your colleagues. Of a calm and thoughtful temperament, you know how to handle stressful moments with composure. Organized and meticulous, you are also comfortable with tasks requiring precision and reliability. Flexible with your hours, working in the evenings and on weekends is not an issue. Autonomous, you enjoy taking initiatives and involving yourself in what you do. You are a French speaker and able to express yourself in English.Main missionsEnsure the welcome and comfort of players to guarantee a memorable customer experience thanks to your personality and sense of hospitality. Train part-time Quiz Masters, instilling them with the right attitudes and conveying important information while motivating them throughout. Manage tasks and responsibilities, including handling customer and partner requests, managing stock, as well as overseeing work processes and schedules. Ensure the proper management of the premises: ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and resolving common issues.
