Participate in the creation of a new benchmark in a nursing home!As part of the development of our institution and the opening of our future nursing home with 123 beds (February), we are currently looking for a committed and passionate cook who wishes to invest in a meaningful project.At the nursing home, we are convinced that cooking is much more than just feeding: it is about creating pleasure, awakening memories, fostering encounters, and contributing to the well-being of the people we support.Passionate CookYour missionWithin a dynamic team, you contribute to:- Preparing quality, tasty, generous cuisine, prepared with passion, where each meal is thought of as a moment of pleasure and proof of care in order to meet the needs, desires, and lifestyle habits of the 123 residents.- Participating in the implementation of an innovative meal service by floor (collective, proximity, conviviality).- Contributing to the development of an à la carte offer for the restaurant, intended for residents, families, and visitors (potential of 80 covers).- Preparing tasty meals adapted to children in after-school care as well as seniors benefiting from home-delivered meals.- Collaborating closely with care teams and socio-hospitality teams.Your profile- Passionate about gourmet, authentic, and local cuisine.- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a cook or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in the field is required.- Pastry skills are a real asset.- Team spirit, flexibility, and sense of responsibility.- Desire to be part of an institutional project in full evolution.- Ease and pleasure in contact with residents, families, and visitors.We offer you- A start date from September 1st or by agreement.- The unique opportunity to actively contribute to the construction of a benchmark including a varied offer (nursing home, restaurant, after-school care, home-delivered meals).- The possibility to actively participate in the start-up of the future nursing home (123 beds).- A stimulating work environment, within a committed team.- The opportunity to leave your mark and contribute to writing the culinary history of the future nursing home.Do you wish to put your culinary talent at the service of an ambitious human project and contribute to making each meal a pleasant and appreciated moment of the day?
