You will analyze and synthesize tender documents on technical aspects and main missions: - Estimate the cost of the project and prepare technical offer documents- Search for solutions and alternatives in collaboration with the technical service- Look for suppliers and subcontractors together with the service- Implement all necessary means for the execution of the works respecting the defined quality, safety, and deadline objectives outlined in the price study (site visit, setting up methodology, steering the study, collaborating with partners, calculations, etc.)- Ensure the transfer of study documents to the work teams by presenting and justifying the hypotheses and assisting site managers with the start of the construction- Update price analysis files - Collect commercial feedback on the studied projects (client)Your profile:You hold a diploma X or equivalent and have 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role (ideally in Geneva). Price Study Engineer TCE - Construction Economist - Project Manager. You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability in all circumstances, and master tools (Messerli, MS Project, BIM ideally) with great ease. You have a performance mindset and a taste for quality work, a sense of empathy, and excellent listening skills.
