Your working environment:
Alpenda’s technical and purchasing management is a true pillar of our company. Comprising around thirty experts, engineers and highly qualified project managers, it guarantees our know-how and embodies our commitment to innovation and sustainability.
As a Construction Economist, you ensure the preparation of bids, from the analysis of tender documents to the submission of bids, integrating the technical and economic structuring, drafting the various documents accompanying the bids and ensuring the overall coherence of the project (technical, price, schedule).
Your responsibilities and tasks:
- You thoroughly analyse contracts (plans, specifications, SIA standards, administrative documents), identify and validate technical risks as well as areas of uncertainty identified during the study.
- You participate with the construction teams in technical coordination meetings and coordinate internal contributions (technical, purchasing, management).
- You carry out the quantification of main works (measurements) and ensure the complete compilation of the tender dossier (price schedules, provisional schedule, study and execution schedule).
- You draft the complete offer documents: technical description by CFC, technical/methodological report, technical and economic variants.
- You structure the dossier to ensure clarity for subcontractors, coherence between written documents, plans and prices, as well as alignment with the purchasing strategy and TCO.
- You compile the complete tender dossier: price schedules, provisional schedule, study and execution schedule.
- You propose technical and economic variants, seek optimisations (technical, materials, phasing), clarify price assumptions and transmit the dossier in a structured manner to the construction teams.
Why not you?
- You hold a degree as an engineer, construction economist or architect, with 5 to 10 years of proven experience in bidding for total companies.
- You master Swiss SIA standards, CFCs (2 to 4 digits), plan reading and local construction practices.
- You have a solid TCE culture, with good knowledge of lots 22, 27 and 28 and the interactions between structural work, finishing work and CVSE.

- You are capable of analysing and optimising technical solutions, rigorous, organised and comfortable coordinating with internal teams and partners.
