Composed of about thirty highly qualified experts, engineers, and project managers, it guarantees our know-how and embodies our commitment to quality and sustainability.As a Construction Economist, you will manage tenders, from the analysis of tender documents to the submission of bids, by integrating technical and economic expertise, drafting the various documents accompanying the tenders, and ensuring the overall coherence of the project (technical, price, planning).Construction EconomistYour responsibilities and missions:- You analyze documents in depth (plans, specifications, SIA standards, contractual documents).- You identify and validate technical risks as well as areas of uncertainty seen in the plans.- You participate with the construction teams in technical finalization meetings and coordinate internal contributions (technical, management).- You carry out the quantification of the main structures (take-offs) and ensure the complete constitution of the tender file (price lists, provisional planning, study and execution planning).- You draft the complete documents of the offer: technical description by CFC, technical/methodological report, technical and economic variants.- You structure the file to ensure clarity of reading for subcontractors, consistency between written documents, plans, and prices, as well as alignment with the budget and the schedule.- You constitute the complete tender file: price lists, provisional planning, study and execution planning.- You propose technical and economic variants, research optimizations (technical, phasing), clarify price assumptions, and transmit the file in a structured manner to the construction teams.Why not you?- You hold a degree in engineering, construction economics, or architecture, with 5 to 10 years of confirmed experience in tenders within a construction company.- You master Swiss SIA standards, CFC (2 to 4 digits), reading plans, and local construction regulations.- You possess a solid culture in all-trades construction (TCE), with a good command of lots 22, 27, and 28 and the interactions between structural work, finishing work, and technical installations.- You master the preparation of tender files: take-offs, cost breakdown, technical notes, descriptions, methodological reports, and contractual documents.- You are capable of analyzing and optimizing technical solutions, are rigorous, organized, and comfortable in communication with internal teams and partners.- You master professional tools (Advanced Excel, Messerli, WinQS, QuoterPlan, Revit/BIM).- You speak French fluently; English and/or German are an asset.- You want to take on new challenges?
