Strengthen our legal department as: Legal Counsel m/f (100%) Job Description As a member of the legal department of Group, you handle legal matters for some of our brand companies and subsidiaries abroad. In this position, you provide daily advice to various company departments, from production and marketing to sales, customer service, human resources, procurement, finance, and IT on a wide variety of legal issues. You contribute to major projects, whether it is the introduction of new products, the development of online sales, or new solutions. You advise and support our brand companies and subsidiaries abroad concerning their distribution network, including from the perspective of competition law, and prepare related documents. You examine intellectual property law issues related to watch design and advertising campaigns and draft various contracts. You handle labor law issues and negotiate leases for stores in Switzerland. You manage any potential litigation procedures yourself, or with external counsel. You ensure compliance with the Group's guidelines in different areas of activity. Finally, you liaise with your colleagues from Group subsidiaries abroad to coordinate the legal aspects of major projects. In general, you use your excellent legal knowledge and experience to effectively examine, analyze, draft, and negotiate contracts in a wide range of legal areas, independently develop solution proposals, and accurately assess legal implications. You play an important role within a team of motivated and skilled legal professionals. Profile You have a thorough knowledge of Swiss law and hold a diploma or equivalent qualification and have several years of professional experience in a business or law firm. Required Skills You are familiar with large-scale commercial projects and feel comfortable negotiating complex matters with foreign stakeholders. Languages You are proficient in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language and are used to working in French, English, and German. You enjoy your work and possess the qualities of a good negotiator, along with perseverance. You know how to advise company management concisely while facilitating operations. You are responsible, loyal, capable of working under pressure, and distinguished by your flexibility and willingness to be helpful.
