At Migros, you will manage our shopping centers, develop sustainable projects, and design spaces that captivate and retain customers! You will coordinate the technical and commercial aspects of commercial properties to ensure their proper functioning and compliance with negotiated standards, manage and update commercial leases in ERP/SAP, while ensuring proactive management of deadlines. You will energize the sites by optimizing them through marketing, merchandising mix, and targeted actions; supervise security, maintenance, and projects in collaboration with internal teams; and develop additional revenues by commercializing advertising spaces, pop-ups, and temporary spaces while ensuring their organization. You will organize meetings, lead general assemblies, and ensure an effective synergy between brands to maximize their impact. You will supervise and support the team in charge of shopping centers, ensuring their development and meeting the set objectives that you contribute to. Education: Completed vocational training with a higher degree in real estate management, economics, commerce, or a related field. Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing commercial properties, including lease management and portfolio management. You master commercial real estate management and know how to negotiate effectively with various partners to find tailored solutions. You are comfortable with digital tools like ERP/SAP and can manage complex data while ensuring its reliability. You possess a keen analytical sense and can identify opportunities to maximize profitability and efficiency. You can inspire and motivate a team by creating a trusting and collaborative environment. Languages: French (excellent knowledge), English (good knowledge), German (a plus).
