Position Overview
The ADMI EU Oilseeds Back Office Department plays a crucial role in supporting the trading operations based in Switzerland and across Europe. We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, the candidate will provide comprehensive and accurate commercial support to ensure smooth back-office operations and contribute to the department's overall efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely within a collaborative team of three professionals, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management:
- Handle and oversee the management of contracts across all ADMI locations in Europe, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Correspondence Management:
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and physical mail, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
Reporting:
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports to support the trading desk and back-office operations.
Administrative Support:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a trading or back-office environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
Languages:
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
