Position Overview

The ADMI EU Oilseeds Back Office Department plays a crucial role in supporting the trading operations based in Switzerland and across Europe. We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, the candidate will provide comprehensive and accurate commercial support to ensure smooth back-office operations and contribute to the department's overall efficiency.

The successful candidate will work closely within a collaborative team of three professionals, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contract Management:

    • Handle and oversee the management of contracts across all ADMI locations in Europe, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  2. Correspondence Management:

    • Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and physical mail, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
  3. Reporting:

    • Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports to support the trading desk and back-office operations.
  4. Administrative Support:

    • Perform a variety of administrative tasks.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:

    • Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:

    • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a trading or back-office environment.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Languages:

    • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
    • Knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
