In order to strengthen the nursing teams of the Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (CTR) of Estavayer-le-Lac, the HIB nursing management is looking for a:Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) from 80% to 100%Your missionThe CTR has 47 beds and is organized into two sectors. Its mission is to ensure the care of patients (musculoskeletal, and internal medicine-oncology) of adults in the Broye region. The service works closely with the entire medico-therapeutic team and institutional multidisciplinary actors. The nursing team is composed of approximately 35 FTEs under the supervision of two managers.Tasks:- Exercise clinical practice at a percentage directly with patients and analyze complex care situations and propose necessary actions- Manage institutional clinical projects under the supervision of nursing management- Promote evidence-based data in clinical practice for the benefit of quality, safety, and efficiency of care- Provide clinical supervision that is supportive and empowering to members of the nursing team- Contribute to the development of team skills, to the organization of the service, and accompany change- Define and monitor clinical performance indicators for nursing care- Participate in the implementation of institutional strategy- Stimulate reflection on future projects and innovation in careYour profileYou hold a Master's degree in Nursing Sciences and, if possible, experience in the field of hospital care and/or rehabilitation. Proactive, your technical skills and your commitment allow you to offer quality care. Endowed with a good sense of organization, you have a marked interest in the quality of care, safety, and you demonstrate interpersonal skills, real clinical leadership, and a sense of responsibility.
