YOUR MISSION

• Acts as a clinical nursing expert for clients and their relatives, based on evidence.
• Develops consultation, guidance and coaching to strengthen the clinical skills of teams and promote the integration of best practices in home care.
• Leads continuous improvement and clinical innovation projects, and supports change within teams.
• Encourages interprofessional collaboration and care coordination, especially in managing complex situations.
• Contributes to the transformation of the health system by disseminating, adapting and implementing evidence-based practices.
• Integrates and promotes ethical reflection in clinical and institutional practices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree in nursing sciences MSCSI or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3-4 years of clinical nursing practice with desired knowledge in home help and care.
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and good understanding of scientific English.
• Proficient in IT tools, office software and scientific databases.
• Leadership, negotiation skills and analytical mindset.
• Autonomy, team spirit and collaboration.
• Innovative mindset and support for change.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and pedagogy.
