Within our team dedicated to managing accounts receivable, you play an essential role in tracking premiums and unpaid invoices. Your goal? Ensure rigorous and legal-compliant collection while maintaining a clear and caring contact with the insured individuals you interact with daily.You play an essential role in managing disputes: you ensure the complete follow-up of LAMal and LCA procedures with diligence. You also ensure to provide quality support by handling the correspondence and calls from the insured as well as acting as their interlocutor. Finally, you welcome the insured at the reception and guarantee a warm reception and care that you bring to the team.Holder of a commercial employee diploma, your attention to detail and analytical skills enable you to approach tasks with precision while keeping a global perspective. Recognized for your team spirit and your ability to connect with others, you know how to create constructive exchanges and establish good relationships with your colleagues and partners.
