Our occupational therapy services, located in Delémont and Porrentruy, specialize in functional support and assistance for individuals of all ages. Our team works to promote the autonomy and quality of life of people with physical, cognitive, or psychological challenges, whether temporary or permanent.To ensure the development of this activity, we are looking for a: Chief Occupational TherapistResponsibilities:- Ensure the supervision and management of the team of occupational therapists.- Organize and supervise the activity of the service to guarantee the quality and continuity of care.- Participate in the development and evolution of occupational therapy practices within the institution.- Collaborate closely with medical, nursing, and therapeutic teams in an interdisciplinary approach.- Contribute to the management of human resources within the service (support for skill development).- Actively participate in institutional projects.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or equivalent.- Recognition by the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas.- Proven professional experience in occupational therapy, ideally in a hospital setting.- Experience or strong interest in team supervision and activity management.- Training in management, team leadership, or project management, or willingness to undergo training in this area.- Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities.- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner and manage projects.- Leadership, sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.We offer a stimulating work environment within a dynamic and committed team.- Easy access to accommodation (furnished rooms and studios).- A cafeteria with preferential rates.CONTACT AND ADDRESS:Caroline Menozzi, Chief Therapist: Mr. X, HR ManagerTel: Deadline: April 5 jidbd9a0baaen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
