More than 40,000 composers, lyricists, and music publishers are grouped together within this cooperative founded in 1923. SUISA enables the public use of music and ensures that the creators are remunerated fairly for this use. Are you ready to commit yourself to this exciting and meaningful mission?You have a marked interest in the activities and implementation of the corporate strategy in accordance with the overall objective of the activities (licensing, collection, distribution).- Management, reorganization, and development of the company's strategy and the management team- Positioning of SUISA, at national and international levels, as a provider of high-quality services in the field of copyright management- Proactive action to identify market opportunities and anticipate challenges- Ensuring long-term economic stability and competitiveness for the company as a whole- Development and steering of change and transformation processes on a company-wide scale- Balancing the sometimes divergent interests of authors and publishers- Guaranteeing transparent and fair distribution rules- Maintaining a good dialogue with music users, authors, publishers, but also music associations and their members- Representation of SUISA before political bodies, authorities, courts, and the Federal Arbitration Commission (CAF), as well as within umbrella organizations and international bodies- Leading or accompanying negotiations on tariffs and licensing conditions with music users and their umbrella organizations (economiesuisse, Swiss Trade Association, Gastrosuisse, SWICO, and others)Your profile:- Proven experience of several years in general management and leadership of a medium-sized company (global responsibility)- Very good understanding of the financial management of a company- Experience or at least knowledge in the field of copyright and licensing, both in Switzerland and internationally- In-depth skills in corporate governance, technological leadership, and organizational development, as well as in the field of digital processes and their implementation- Experience in the musical field and a good network in the cultural environment (music publishing world or music management) would be great advantages- Innovative approach, permanently focused on quality and development, combined with solid business management know-how- Proven social skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as a great talent for stakeholder management- Solid experience in change management and organizational development, as well as the ability to implement these approaches in collaboration with the management team- Leadership style focused on teamwork and cooperation, combining the ability to motivate, provide feedback, and delegate appropriately- High cognitive potential, systemic thinking, and marked skills in managing complexity- Very good command of German, French, and English, and ideally other languagesWe offer you the opportunity to fully engage in areas perfectly aligned with your strengths and interests.
