For our client, a well-established and recognised company in the Lausanne region, active in the sanitary sector, we are recruiting a:

Certified Sanitary Technician M/F - Site Supervision and Customer Service

Your mission:

• Ensure the technical and organisational follow-up of after-sales service sites, renovations and sanitary repairs
• Be the face of the company to a demanding clientele: property management companies, estate agents, concierges and owners
• Carry out technical visits, establish diagnostics, advise and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare offers, quotes and tenders, and ensure follow-up until invoicing
• Coordinate installation teams and subcontractor partners, ensuring deadlines and quality are respected
• Guarantee impeccable customer service through your responsiveness and sense of service

Your profile - Certificate required:

• Training: Certificate required. You hold a Federal Certificate as a Sanitary Foreman, a Federal Certificate as a Sanitary Project Manager, or a Higher Technical Diploma in building technology with a sanitary focus.
• Proven field experience in Switzerland in the sanitary sector, ideally with experience in site supervision
• True commercial flair and excellent customer service orientation, you enjoy contact and know how to convince
• Autonomous, organised, solution-oriented and responsible
• Category B driving licence essential
