Milliquet SA is a company fully integrated within the PHIDA Group. Based in Romanel-sur-Lausanne, it has been active in sanitary and fluid technical installations since 1836.

In total, around a hundred employees work daily on major projects, including complex fields such as industry and the pharmaceutical sector. To continue its development, Milliquet SA wishes to strengthen its technical team by recruiting a:

Your main responsibilities:

A true on-site conductor, you take charge of projects from the study phase and ensure their complete management until final invoicing. You hold a key interface role between the technical office and the assembly teams.

On-site and site management

  • Supervision of assembly teams;

  • Coordination of subcontractors;

  • Preparation and organisation of sites (access, methodology, equipment, tools);

  • Supervision of commissioning, quality control and compliance of installations;

  • Management of unforeseen events and resolution of on-site issues;

  • Main contact on site and company representative with clients and partners;

  • Strict adherence to standards and safety regulations;

  • Preparation of site reports.

Office and technical / financial follow-up

  • Analysis of client needs and preparation of offers (SNAP);

  • Participation in project costing and study;

  • Complete management of small sites independently and co-management of large projects in collaboration with the Project Director;

  • Monitoring costs, deadlines and profitability of projects;

  • Management of material dispatch and anticipation of human and material needs;

  • Communication of directives and objectives to teams;

  • Contribution to the development of new business.



What you bring:

  • Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as sanitary installer, or equivalent training;

  • Federal diploma as sanitary foreman or master sanitary diploma, a real asset;

  • Proven experience in managing sanitary sites;

  • Excellent mastery of installation techniques and current standards;

  • Experience in costing and preparing offers (SNAP is an asset);

  • Natural leadership and strong on-site presence;

  • Organised, structured and solution-oriented person;

  • Category B driving licence mandatory.
