We are looking for a trilingual Call Centre Agent (French, German, Italian) for our Otisline centre in Fribourg. If you are passionate about customer relations, enjoy solving problems and working in a stimulating environment, this opportunity is for you!
Your responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and partners with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle requests for repairs, maintenance and general information.
- Coordinate technical interventions in collaboration with our field teams.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of cases in our internal system.
Your profile
- Trilingual (fluent spoken and written): French, German, Italian
- Proven experience in customer service or call centre is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
- Comfortable with IT tools and CRM systems.
