Your mission:
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues by finding quick and appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following established procedures.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.

Your profile:
  • Excellent French, with German or Italian additionally required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in the banking sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
