To ensure quality public service, the City of La Chaux-de-Fonds is looking for a: Café Manager at 80%. Café des Musées. Your mission / Under the supervision of the museum management of the park, you will coordinate the various management tasks of a café: warm and professional welcome, service, stock management and supplies, compliance with hygiene and safety standards. You are in charge of the place, supported by assistants depending on the peak times. You play a key role in the success of this new friendly meeting space, focused on a simple culinary offer. Profile / Personal skills / You have completed a course in the field of catering or hospitality, possibly in retail. You master standard office tools and, in addition to French, you are able to express yourself in English and/or German. You combine a sense of hospitality with a sense of responsibility. You have good experience in service or hospitality and an interest in culture, as well as good contact with the public. You demonstrate availability and flexibility in your schedule. Equipped with managerial skills, you are also familiar with hygiene and safety standards. Desired start date / June 1st at reduced hours, then at 80% (to be defined) from September 1st.
