The company currently has six bakeries, tea-rooms, and a restaurant, all spread across the city of Fribourg, Givisiez, and MANAGER/IN BAKERY - CAFÉ RESTAURANT (%). Your missions: Management of the bakery and café-restaurant; Supervision, and responsibility for about twenty apprentices, as well as their follow-up; Welcome, advise, and retain our customers professionally while developing sales; Perform daily tasks: receiving goods, managing orders, stocking shelves, table service, sales and cash handling; Actively contribute to enhancing product displays in the showcase and point of sale; Responsible for compliance with hygiene and food safety standards; Tidying up and profile work. Holder of a CFC or equivalent in sales and/or service; Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position; Master trainer with a keen sense of responsibility and meticulousness.
