Finders is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients a Business Analyst / Sales & Segment Manager to support strategic initiatives for strengthening the corporate client business and enhancing collaboration between commercial and retail segments.


Objective

This role supports the definition of client target groups, pilots improvement initiatives, and leads organizational adjustments to ensure sustainable rollout across both commercial and retail areas.


Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining target groups within the corporate client business

• Analyze current processes and structures

• Define improvement measures and set priorities

• Execute pilots and support full rollout, including training and change management

• Implement organizational adjustments where required

• Build reporting structures using existing tools

• Plan and facilitate workshops

• Advise and collaborate closely with sales teams

• Manage campaigns and coordinate with stakeholders

• Ensure full project documentation


Required Skills & Experience

• Fluent German; French an advantage

• Degree in business, banking & finance or a related discipline

• Several years of experience in sales or segment management within the financial sector

• Strong understanding of corporate banking, either operationally or through project work

• Experience implementing organizational changes and sales reporting

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Structured and independent working style

• Proficiency with MS applications; experience with BSI or Qlik is an advantage


Contract Details

• Senior level

• 12-month contract, extension possible

• 80% workload

• Start date: early January 2026

• Flexible working hours and partial remote work possible
