Objective:
Drive strategic market and revenue growth with a focus on GCC countries and other high-potential markets such as India, Asia, and South America. Expand the partner network and ensure excellent support throughout the entire patient journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market & Revenue Development: Implement market entry strategies and acquire international patients (B2C) as well as strategic partners (B2B)
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, evaluate opportunities, and assess regulatory and competitive landscapes
- Inbound Enquiries: Manage and oversee incoming patient enquiries from first contact to post-treatment support
- Partnership Management: Build and strengthen partner relationships, drive referral marketing, and represent cereneo at events
- CRM & Internal Collaboration: Ensure precise documentation in the CRM system and align with internal teams
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years in Sales & Business Development, ideally in medical tourism or HNW client management
- Skills: Proven success in international sales, market analysis, GCC cultural expertise, and knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Languages: Arabic & English fluency required, German and additional languages are a plus
- Personality: Culturally sensitive, strategic thinker, willing to travel (~50%), highly organized, and self-driven
