You hold a vocational diploma in building technology or a completed diploma X with at least 2 years of professional experience in maintenance and troubleshooting. A maintenance agent (ADM) X you are able to broaden your knowledge in building technology in general. You have an analytical mind in technical matters, a sense of priorities, and you also thrive in handling simpler and routine tasks. You are autonomous yet also enjoy teamwork. You are comfortable with common office software and ideally have knowledge of SAP. You possess a driving license B, BE being an advantage. Your friendliness towards clients, your team spirit, and your openness to change enable you to carry out your activity with ease and integrate quickly. You are a French speaker and ideally have a basic knowledge of German (B1). Do these missions inspire you? You monitor alarms from surveillance systems (technical building management) and participate in procedures as technology evolves. You assume the role of technical advisor to our clients and control and oversee work carried out by external companies. You respond to internal requests.
