The Maintenance Technician ensures the preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned equipment, in accordance with the established schedule via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), to guarantee their proper functioning, safety, and that of the client.MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - HVAC MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL INTERVENTION Take responsibility for technical aspects and adhere to the preventive maintenance and service schedule via the CMMS. Carry out, follow up, and update the interventions generated in the CMMS. Perform troubleshooting and corrective interventions within deadlines.REPORTING Draft intervention reports and ensure their communication to the client. Participate in on-call service according to the established schedule. Provide regular activity reporting to the manager.SKILLS Perfect mastery of at least X (heating, hydraulics, sanitary) and its scope, good ability to adapt to complex situations, and comfort with tools. Demonstrates discipline in their work, shows meticulousness, diligence, and thoughtfulness. As a communicator, they will strive to maintain good relationships with internal and external clients and colleagues within the service.QUALITIES Respect for procedures: Follows the company's processes related to their activity and can suggest improvements. Execution: Monitors the compliance of interventions they carry out.
