Your impact in this role
- You carry out the reception, handling and registration of samples.
- You perform quality control of analyses.
- You participate in the optimisation, evaluation and implementation of new methods and new equipment.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality system and the management of non-conformities.
- The workstation includes Saturday morning hours (8am - 12pm) according to an established rota.
Your background and expertise
- You hold a Swiss Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a biomedical analysis technician (TAB) or an equivalent qualification recognised by the competent Swiss authorities.
- You have skills in the fields of Clinical Chemistry and Haematology analyses.
- You have knowledge or experience in transfusion immunohaematology and/or microbiological analyses, which would be an asset.
- You have good social and communication skills.
- You are a motivated, dynamic person with a strong interest in scientific analysis and development.
- You demonstrate rigour, proactivity, organisational skills, versatility and autonomy.
- You have a good command of common IT tools (Microsoft Office) and possess the adaptability required to use new software.
