We are looking for an administrative Assistant (M/F)
Our client is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join its dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities:
Organize and follow up meetings in collaboration with the Committee Chair
Manage documentation using specific tools
Act as liaison with relevant internal services
Monitor files, update dashboards, and follow up on deadlines in coordination with the Chair
Assist with editing weekly activity reports and compiling statistics for the annual report
Help organize events such as meetings, visits, reviews, and workshops
Follow up on travel requests
Manage external registration processes

Profile:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in office software and document management tools
Strong team spirit and ability to work in an international environment
Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
Maximum 5 years of experience
