Modern and high-performance factories are the pillars of our success.Join us and strengthen our team!Deputy Production & Logistics Manager (Animal Feed)Exciting tasks- Assist the production manager in the planning and management of production activities to ensure the manufacturing of semi-finished and finished products in compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements- Replace the production manager during absences and ensure the continuity of sector operations- Maintain, analyze, and optimize process parameters across all production lines to ensure performance and stability of facilities- Contribute to the planning and implementation of investment projects and production equipment, in collaboration with management- Ensure the management and supervision of production personnel (10 people), including workforce planning, task distribution, and activity monitoring, with the support of two team leaders- Ensure the availability, proper functioning, and optimal maintenance of production facilities- Guarantee compliance with safety, hygiene, order, and cleanliness rules within the production sector- Implement, document, and monitor tests and process changes in accordance with quality requirements and ISO standards- Participate in the definition and monitoring of continuous improvement actions aimed at increasing quality, productivity, and process reliability- Ensure the monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for facilities in collaboration with the maintenance department- Coordinate and control the execution of maintenance tasks prescribed in the quality system, in collaboration with the production manager and the quality departmentProfile- CFC miller (animal or bread feed) or equivalent qualification in the food industry, with relevant experience in animal feed production- Confirmed experience in animal feed production or in an industrial food production environment in the management, control, and monitoring of production processes- Solid knowledge of computer-assisted production management systems (CAPM)- Knowledge of Bühler systems or experience with comparable production equipment- Good knowledge of quality processes and standards applicable to the food industry- Experience in supervising production teams- Ability to organize, coordinate, and supervise analysis activities, and aptitude for decision-making in a demanding industrial environment- Flexibility and availability to occasionally ensure the replacement of millers when the situation requires it- Proficiency in French (oral and written)- Knowledge of German is an important asset, English represents an additional advantageBenefits- Initial and continuous training: We invest in the professional development of our employees thanks to numerous internal training courses and support for external training.- Attractive vacation conditions: According to our vacation conditions, all staff are entitled to a minimum of 5 weeks of vacation, or 6 weeks from age 50 and 7 weeks from age 60.
