Job Description
Reporting to the catering manager, you assist them in the operational management of the department and cover for them during their absences. You actively participate in the services of the restaurant, bar, seminars as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner services. You ensure compliance with quality standards, customer satisfaction, stock management, orders, inventories as well as monitoring team schedules and timekeeping. You also contribute to the supervision of a team composed of permanent and temporary staff while participating in the continuous improvement of services.
Profile Sought
We are looking for a professional with proven experience in hotel or high-level traditional catering, ideally in a supervisory role. With an excellent sense of service, you are recognised for your natural leadership, organisational skills and interpersonal ease. You enjoy hands-on work and know how to unite your teams around common goals. A perfect command of French is essential while knowledge of English is an asset. Proficiency in common IT tools and the Mirus software is also appreciated.
