To strengthen the after-sales team of our Marly (Fribourg) branch, we are currently looking for an Automotive After-Sales Advisor.Your mission:You will be responsible for all tasks related to the follow-up of after-sales service customers.DETAILED MISSION:1. Commerce- Register and schedule appointments and, if necessary, reserve a replacement vehicle for the customer.- Welcome the customer, register their requests, and transmit their needs to the Workshop Manager.- Manage replacement vehicles, perform a vehicle inspection with the customer (at departure and return).- Promote peripheral services and follow up on commercial actions.- Establish requests for commercial coverage of the customer with the manufacturer.- Ensure strict compliance with the customer commitment regarding the announced price.- Issue the invoice.- Explain the work performed upon vehicle return.- Ensure warranty follow-up.2. Management- Apply and control the implementation of procedures by mechanics.- Monitor activity indicators (turnover, productivity, quality) and follow the implementation of corrective actions.- Ensure proper supply of parts.- Ensure quality control of interventions before customer return.- Ensure follow-up of ongoing work orders.- Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the replacement vehicle fleet.Your profile- Successful experience of 2 years in an After-Sales Advisor position in an automotive garage.- Excellent command of French, both oral and written (German = an asset).- Commercial aptitude and a developed sense of customer service, dynamism, ease of communication, integrity, loyalty, and punctuality.- Ability to manage stress, comfortable with digital tools as well as administrative tasks specific to the automotive sector.Workplace: MarlyDesired start date: Immediately or to be agreed uponAre you motivated to join our team?We look forward to receiving your complete application (CV, cover letter, work certificates, diplomas obtained), only online, via the job platform. jid038a32caen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
