Who are we? The ARAS Prilly-Echallens serves 41 municipalities in the North-Lausanne region. We constitute a local service provider, accompanying the population in the areas of insertion income (RI) and social insurance. Within the framework of the development of our Regional Social Center (CSR), we are looking for a Team Leader at 80% on a permanent contract, based mainly in Prilly (with a regular presence in Echallens).Your mission: Guarantee the equity and quality of financial decisions regarding the Insertion Income (RI). Your role is to ensure a balance between the management rigor required by cantonal standards and a human, benevolent, and respectful approach towards our users.Main responsibilities:Leadership and team management- Direct, coach, and motivate the GSA team at the Prilly site;- Foster inter-professional collaboration and exchanges between sites;- Support Management in technical missions and file management.Technical management and file supervision- Guarantee the compliance of RI files (subsidiary analysis, calculation of rights, end of rights) according to current standards;- Validate and sign letters, forms, and decisions produced by the team;- Supervise cash management and authorize cash advances;- Conduct complete file reviews and ensure follow-up on anomalies.Management and monitoring- Supervise the execution of RI payments;- Follow monitoring and supervise corrective actions;- Act as a point of contact for the resolution of emergency and crisis situations.Profile:- CFC in commercial employment (or equivalent) and Federal Certificate in social insurance (or commitment to obtain it quickly). Continuing education in team management is an asset.- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of social action, including at least 2 years in a team management position.- Skills: Mastery of the standards and procedures of the Insertion Income (RI). Excellent ease with numbers and financial management. Mastery of office tools and specific business software.- Soft skills: Leadership: ability to unite, guide, and develop the skills of your team. Sense of synthesis and strong ability to identify priorities.
