For one of our clients based in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a Manager to ensure the complete management of activities and main responsibilities: Management of a property management company, general oversight, complete management of salaries and social insurance, maintenance of current accounting and active accounts with the fiduciary, monitoring and management of suppliers, maintenance, and a small team of 4 people. Ensure compliance with internal processes and Swiss regulations in force. Your profile: Commercial employee diploma or equivalent judged qualification, confirmed experience in a similar position or in a staffing agency, excellent skills and sense of priorities, mastery of Swiss HR processes: salaries, social insurance, labor law, proficiency with management tools and systems, autonomy, reliability, and team spirit.
