On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a typical commerce employee profile for a replacement. Main tasks: Reception, telephone and physical welcome of visitors. Management of accounting (payments and supplier invoices, new supplier accounts). Management of watch orders internally. Management of staff times (about 50% of the workload) with the current implementation of a new time management tool. Management of family matters. Management of illness and accidents, as well as their follow-up. Opening of mail, rooms and company events (aperitifs, orders for meetings, badges for new employees, management of changing rooms).
