## Job Description ##

* Provide office management support on-site, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Manage general correspondence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
* Support operational coordination across teams on day-to-day administrative matters
* Handle shared inbox management (e.g. general office email), internal communications, and information flow
* Assist with internal reporting (data entry, proofreading, document comparisons, donor lists, etc.)
* Organize meetings, calendars, and visits
* Manage mail, invoices, and administrative exchanges with authorities, suppliers, and service providers

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Previous experience in an administrative/assistant role, ideally in an international or fast-paced environment
* Fluent in French and English
* Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment with remote and international teams
* Proactive, able to prioritize, follow up on tasks, and close pending items
* Confident in managing multiple priorities and supporting a busy manager
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge constructively and bring structure
