PortMix is a company founded in 2017. Today, PortMix specialises in laying, installation and interior renovation work.
Operating throughout Romandy, the company is headquartered in Échandens and has a branch in Geneva. Our area of expertise notably includes the installation of doors and customised cupboards for various projects such as commercial, residential and professional fit-outs.
Thanks to our experience and know-how, we have established strong partnerships with major construction companies such as Losinger Marazzi, Steiner SA, Implenia, Edifea, HRS Real Estate SA, Induni, and Complex Bau.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of ongoing projects (warranty requests, invoicing, contracts, etc.)
- Manage incoming phone calls and mail.
- Organise and file administrative documents.
- Prepare invoices and monitor payments.
- Data entry and accounting follow-up (customer/supplier invoices, payments, reminders).
- Prepare payroll elements and monitor social declarations.
- Manage and update contracts and administrative documents.
Your profile:
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office, especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of French (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
