Operating throughout Romandy, the company is headquartered in Échandens and has a branch in Geneva. Our area of expertise notably includes the installation of doors and customised cupboards for various projects such as commercial, residential and professional fit-outs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of ongoing projects (warranty requests, invoicing, contracts, etc.)
  • Manage incoming phone calls and mail.
  • Organise and file administrative documents.
  • Prepare invoices and monitor payments.
  • Data entry and accounting follow-up (customer/supplier invoices, payments, reminders).
  • Prepare payroll elements and monitor social declarations.
  • Manage and update contracts and administrative documents.

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office, especially Excel and Word).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good command of French (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
