Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role include:
- You ensure all administrative follow-up related to training: processing, verification and validation of registrations, checking prerequisites, communication with participants (confirmations, practical information).
- You update training histories and skills, manage databases in compliance with legal requirements, and issue certificates, attestations and transcripts.
- You prepare, coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing all necessary documents and responding to auditors' requests.
- You ensure process compliance (CCT, local standards) and work collaboratively with coordinators to guarantee the quality and rigour of training activities.
- You contribute to the optimisation of administrative and quality processes, and participate in the development of new tools or methodologies aimed at enhancing the efficiency and performance of the training system.
Candidate Profile
As an Administrative Assistant, you have the following profile:
- Degree in administration, management or related field, ideally complemented by a specialisation in training management or quality management.
- French and German (written and spoken); English is an additional asset.
- Minimum three years of experience in a similar role or within a Training & Development department.
- Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with office tools (Windows, Office suite) and LMS (Learning Management System) platforms.
