Job description:For the Leenaards Foundation, a public utility philanthropic organization based in Lausanne, committed to the common good and social cohesion. Active in the Lake Geneva region, it supports projects in the fields of culture, social affairs, science, and health. It also supports the ecological transition and works for a sustainable future. Within a team of eight, you will play a central role in the proper accounting and administrative functioning of the foundation. Working closely with the Administrative and Financial Manager as well as the Program Managers, you will actively contribute to the operation of the foundation by assuming the following responsibilities:- Ensure the follow-up of support requests and prepare files for the commissions.- Support the analysis of project eligibility with regard to the mission and values of the foundation.- Draft minutes, correspondence, and reports.- Prepare, update, and ensure the follow-up of management dashboards.- Perform accounting entries, ensure the follow-up of supporting documents, and contribute to the preparation of accounting documents.- Participate in budget monitoring in collaboration with the Administrative and Financial Manager.- Coordinate the interventions of external service providers (maintenance, concierge, etc.) and ensure the follow-up of the premises as well as the needs related to their proper functioning.- Participate actively in the foundation's development projects, particularly in the implementation of new tools, internal processes, and change management, in collaboration with the Administrative and Financial Manager.- Perform current administrative tasks: reception, telephone, diary management, mail, databases, archiving, and general support.- Participate in the logistics of meetings, seminars, and internal events (booking rooms, welcoming participants, and logistical follow-up).Beyond these responsibilities, you will evolve in an environment where everyone actively contributes to collective success. You have in particular:- A Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in commerce, a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification deemed suitable.- Confirmed experience in a function integrating accounting entry.- Experience in project management and a good understanding of change management principles (Champion, Sponsor, stakeholders, relays).- A marked interest in the digitalization and evolution of digital tools.- Excellent command of French as well as excellent knowledge of English. Good knowledge of German (oral and written) constitutes a significant asset.- Very good command of MS Office tools and ease with the use of ERP, CRM solutions, and content management tools (CMS) constitutes a real advantage.
