Do not hesitate any longer, join us!Project AssistantYour responsibilities and missions- You are the first point of contact for clients and subcontractors and contribute to the optimal execution of the project through global management of the site.- You prepare contracts for subcontractors and clients and proceed with the control of invoices and the payment of suppliers.- You perform correspondence, archiving, and filing tasks.- You maintain the general management of the site (office maintenance...).- You keep directories up to date, such as address lists, clients, etc.- You organize and participate in events such as foundation stones, site topping-out ceremonies, etc.- You ensure the interface between clients, work teams, and various stakeholders.- You coordinate the various appointments necessary for the site.- You manage conflicts between clients and the various stakeholders on the site.- You inform and sensitize teams to various points and to safety and environmental standards.- You manage complaints from clients.- You organize and conduct individual or group meetings with clients to listen to and collect their feedback.- You prepare the documents necessary for meetings or intervene with site managers to establish facts and find solutions.- You organize and lead site visits.Is this you?- You have completed a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or have equivalent training.- You benefit from confirmed experience of at least 3 years in site management and/or PPE management and/or construction management.- You have already worked in the construction field or this world attracts you.- You master office tools.- You are structured, rigorous, and solution-oriented, with a strong capacity for managing priorities and decision-making.- You demonstrate great ease of communication, an excellent capacity for listening, and clear expression, facilitating exchanges with varied interlocutors.- You live in French-speaking Switzerland and are mobile in the canton of Vaud.- You want to take on new challenges?
