Our client, a leading Pharma company based between Yverdon and Neuchâtel, is looking for a highly skilled Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting operations, ensure full compliance with IFRS standards, and lead a small team of three accounting professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced finance leader who thrives in a dynamic industrial environment and is confident working with SAP.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee and manage the full general accounting function for the Swiss entity.
* Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings in accordance with IFRS standards.
* Supervise, coach, and develop a team of three accountants.
* Oversee AP/AR, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and tax-related matters.
* Prepare financial statements, management reports, and support audits.
* Act as the key contact for external auditors and internal stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
* Ensure proper use and optimization of SAP within the finance department.
**Profile :**
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification (Brevet Fédéral)
* Proven experience in a similar role (5/7 years)
* Strong technical knowledge of IFRS.
* Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing small teams.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English and French
