Le Passeur de Vin is an independent distributor of wines, sakes, and spirits in Switzerland. For over 20 years, we have been selecting passionate producers and supporting a clientele of private individuals and professionals. To succeed our accountant and ensure the fluidity of our daily management, we are looking for a trustworthy, methodical, and results-oriented person.Main Missions:Management and monitoring of current accounting: Autonomous maintenance of general accounting up to the balance sheet, entry and control of invoices, our store cash registers, management of supplier payments, monitoring of debtors, and customer reminders.Rigorous preparation of the annual file for our fiduciary.Compliance: Preparation of Swiss VAT returns, customer management, supplier management (insurance, telephony, vehicle fleet).HR: Monthly preparation of salary variables and transmission to the fiduciary.
