We are looking for a social worker at 80% for our Romainmôtier Home (accommodation for children aged 4-16 years). Your mission: Support children and adolescents in all aspects of daily life, ensuring their physical and emotional safety. Support the development, autonomy, and personal growth of each young person. Co-create and monitor the personalized project with the child, their family, and the professional network. Create and maintain a respectful connection with families, focused on the child's best interests. Actively participate in the life of the home, in teamwork, and in the coherence of support.
