Social Graduate (M/F) - Group Les Roseaux What if you helped us design a more inclusive society? Located in the Vevey region, between city and countryside, the Cité du Genévrier welcomes adults with disabilities due to intellectual deficiencies. This multidisciplinary and multi-site structure offers the individuals it hosts a particularly harmonious living and working environment, as well as a set of skills adapted to their needs. Mission The group Les Roseaux is a care facility for five adults (non-verbal) with severe intellectual disabilities and associated disorders. Care emphasizes activities in small groups and individually. The main objectives are predictability, organization, and creating a balance between activity and letting go, as well as embracing the paradoxes that define this group. Supporting a person at Les Roseaux means: - Providing individualized support in daily activities and various learning processes - Being kind and approachable. Humor is also welcome! - Working on the predictability of behavioral crises and behavioral issues - Promoting autonomy, dignity, and safety for residents - Facilitating networks and writing assessments - Accepting that the person who does not express themselves may still act in their own way Desired Profile - Hold a degree from a university of applied sciences (HES) and have experience in the field of intellectual disabilities (including support for managing behavioral disorders) - Be comfortable working and collaborating in a team - Have experience in implementing life projects and adapting protocols - Be dynamic and possess a well-rounded perspective, fully aware that analysis and reflection are the guiding principles of our actions - Have good stress resistance - Demonstrate a professional, assertive, and calm demeanor You are proficient with common tools, possess a driver's license, and are willing to work irregular hours, including during scheduled work periods.
