Your tasks
- You develop and implement the cantonal strategy regarding micropollutants in water
- You coordinate the monitoring of micropollutants in water and ensure the analysis of monitoring results
- You plan and conduct targeted measurement campaigns
- You monitor industrial activities likely to emit micropollutants
- You carry out expertise on substances of concern or emerging substances
- You coordinate analyses with specialised laboratories and ecotoxicology centres
- You propose and follow up on measures aimed at reducing micropollutant emissions at the source
- You participate in scientific work of various strategic groups at cantonal and national levels as well as on-call service
Your profile
- ETH / university Master’s degree in environmental sciences, chemistry or equivalent training
- Extensive experience in water protection, environmental chemistry or water quality monitoring
- Good writing and synthesis skills
- Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
- Effective and structured working method
- Flexibility and ease of communication
- Rigor and pragmatism
- Stress resistance
- Team spirit
- Native French or German speaker, with very good knowledge of the second official language
