Régie Romande is a service company specialising in property management, offering its expertise to both institutional and private clients. As part of our business development, we are looking for a property management assistant between 80% and 100% for our Geneva branch.

Your tasks:

  • General relations with tenants (correspondence, phone calls, etc.)
  • Preparation of lease contracts and amendments
  • Handling terminations
  • Publication of advertisements for rental properties
  • Conducting preliminary, entry and exit condition reports
  • Inventory, ordering and monitoring of routine maintenance work
  • Claims management

Your profile:

  • Commercial employee CFC (or equivalent training)
  • At least 3 years experience in property management
  • Immobase training (an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledge of GARAIO REM (an advantage)
  • Good organisation and time management
