Régie Romande is a service company specialising in property management, offering its expertise to both institutional and private clients. As part of our business development, we are looking for a property management assistant between 80% and 100% for our Geneva branch.
Your tasks:
- General relations with tenants (correspondence, phone calls, etc.)
- Preparation of lease contracts and amendments
- Handling terminations
- Publication of advertisements for rental properties
- Conducting preliminary, entry and exit condition reports
- Inventory, ordering and monitoring of routine maintenance work
- Claims management
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC (or equivalent training)
- At least 3 years experience in property management
- Immobase training (an advantage)
- Good knowledge of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of GARAIO REM (an advantage)
- Good organisation and time management
