Espace de vie SA is an institution that manages the medical-social establishments (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. They accommodate 91 and 84 residents respectively. Approximately 100 staff members are engaged per institution. To complete the Human Resources team, we are looking for the EMS Saint-Loup site: A Human Resources/Payroll Manager (%) Mission and responsibilities: Serving the institutional project, the person is responsible for ensuring the complete management of personal files and trainees, autonomously establishing payroll within the framework of legal rules and the collective labor agreement, monitoring working time management and absences, coordinating and assisting the HR Manager in recruitment as well as in various projects and competencies. Federal assistant in Human Resources, or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in complete management of payroll and HR processing in Switzerland, ideally in the hospital or medical-social sector. Knowledge of the principles of Geneva regulations on personnel, knowledge of common software (Microsoft Office) and particularly Excel, daily experience with one or more HR software, knowledge of SADIES and Polypoint software is an advantage. Comfortable with numbers, establishment of documents related to annual closures and various writing skills in French with impeccable spelling. Autonomous, proactive, with a sense of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality, able to meet deadlines, and manage priorities.
