Main tasks: Management and tracking of mail, independently drafting correspondence, processing offers, bids, taking minutes, estimates, company documents, and amendments, entering hours, work orders, various tasks (mail management, commercial or secretarial tasks). 2-3 years of experience in a technical role. Good command of MS Office tools. Ability to manage priorities. Good demeanor, smiling, autonomous, and with interpersonal skills. Flexible person with a good team spirit.
